Our wonderful flight for my party of six, was made possible by Roka and the friendly staff at Friendship Nepal Tours. Although we had to cancel our first trip due to weather delays, Roka worked to get us rebooked and flying on our only other available morning.

Believe me, this service is well worth it, especially with the uncertain conditions which are typical for the Himalayan range-5 star rating !

I have always dreamed about travelling to Nepal. Being a single traveller I appreciated the help and support that the drivers and tour guides gave me in my journey to make this dream a reality. After living in Turkey for four years, and stuggling to learn Turkish, it was a relief to find out that both the driver and tour guide spoke excellant english. I grew to admire the driver's skill on mountain roads full of heavy truck traffic, and the amazing general knowledge of the tour guides. Some of the special memories that will always stay with me include hearing the sound of the buddhist mantra being played whilest viewing the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal, enjoying the peacefulness in the Lumbini Gardens and walking through villages early in the morning.

The view of Mt Everest eluded me for most of my trip but I was fortunate enough to catch a glimse of the famous mountain as the plane flew out of Katmandu. Now that I am back in Istanbul teaching young children, I share my special memories of Nepal with others through listening to the beautiful Nepalise music and looking at a picture book of Nepal. It was a great holiday and one not to be missed.

Kind regards,

Just returned from a 11 day private tour of Nepal, visiting Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Lumbini and Pokhara. The tour was very well organised, good communication and Roka was patiently waiting when we arrived at the airport despite us taking some 3 hours to get our visa. I honestly cant think of much, if anything I would change. Perhaps being picky the hotel in Lumbini was not great, but to be honest I dont think there was much out there that was any better and certainly wasnt the fault of Friendship tours. Would not hesitate to book again.

We really had a great time in Nepal having selected the correct travel agent and also the people of Nepal who are so friendly and gentle and nice. And not forgetting the fanstastic scenery and also the mountains that was really awesome which I am sure we will not be able to see from our country.

We look forward to having another trip to Nepal again in the near future.

Once again, thanks for the great arrangement during our trip and till then, do keep in touch and take care.

Cheers

In February 2009 we met Nepal Tours Destinations at the Holliday Fair in Utrecht. Because we heard positive experiences from other travellers and we wanted to leave the money in Nepal (instead of a European company who only leaves a small part to the local organisation) we have deliberately chosen for the Nepal Tours Destination organisation. During the weeks of preparation the organisation proposed a tailor made programme exactly according to our wishes. They replied very quickly, answered all questions and proposed a programme that made us very enthusiast. When we arrived in Kathmandu, we were welcomed as expected. The whole trip was completely arranged and organised, a private driver, professional tour guides, strong and kind porters for our luggage during the Annapurna trekking. The Best of Nepal programme was a 18 days mix of nature, culture, exclusive resorts and hotels, kind guesthouses, warm weather, heavy stair climbing and amazing views and kind people. With pleasure we have contributed to support poor people, projects and schools, realising that our gifts are just a sign of compassion and support.

With great pleasure and never to forget experiences and impressions we strongly recommend Nepal Tours Destinations to anyone who wants to explore Nepal.

Passing the immigration at Tribhuvan, the officer said to me with a smile, you must really like Nepal, 2nd time in 8 months!

What's not to like about Nepal? Friendly, nice, helpful people, that will go out their way to assist you.

A beautiful country with great diversity. My 1st stay in Nepal was for a short 3 days in Kathmandu, in November 2008 I came back for an all Nepal tour of 15 days.

I visited Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Chitwan nationalpark, Lumbini, Pokhara, 5 days of trekking starting in Nayapul, Birethanti, Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Tadapani, Gandruk and back to nayapul again. Returned to Pokhara and Kathmandu. Thank you to all my guides and drivers and not least Friendship Nepal for looking after me in the best possible way - a speciel thanks to my trekking guide Robin Subedi and porter Ram Rai for their infinite patience when I found it exhausting. It was worth it.

Frienship Nepal did an excellent job, well planned and organized. I will be using your expertise again.

Dear Roka, Thank you so much for setting up such a wonderful trip to Nepal for us. We loved it and everything went very smoothly. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, and so nice. Nagarkot was a highlight. The evening we were there we were out on the deck having tea and we looked out, the clouds parted, and there right before us were the incredible majestic Himalayas in all their shining glory. It was stunning.

Again thank you for lining up such a memorable time in Nepal. The flight over Everest was spectacular and something I will never forget.

We would definitely recommend your services to anyone wanting a well organized trip to Nepal.

Very sincerely,

I have been to over 15 different countries, and let me tell you Nepal with Friendship Tours and Travels blew everything out of the water. This company is professional, reliable, and the service is excellent. Roka responded to my emails promptly and was very accommodating. He quickly and easily arranged a custom tour for me based on what I wanted to see. The driver, Bashu Poudel, was excellent. He is a very skilled driver. I really appreciate him taking me everywhere with safety as a priority. He is very kind, professional, and great company. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with him and how thankful I am that I had the opportunity to meet him and that he was my driver. The Kathmandu guide, Ramesh Koirala (Sasha), was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and honestly the best tour guide I have ever had. The tour guides in other sites were fantastic as well. Every hotel the company put me in was excellent, among the best I have ever stayed at with excellent service, staff, food, and cleanliness. Apsara Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, Peaceful Cottage in Nagarkot, Buddha Maya Garden in Lumbini, and The Kantipur Hotel in Pokhara all were among the best hotels I have stayed at in the world. I highly recommend this company!!!

THEY DID EVERYTHING FOR US

From the time I emailed them until we left they were always good about communicating. They tailored a trip to exactly what we wanted. They even contacted us after the trip to make sure that we were happy with how everything went.

The only hiccup was we went specifically during Holi week because we wanted the full immersion of the culture and on Holi day everything was closed so we paid for a day but did not really get to do much. But our driver/guide was Buddhist instead of Hindu so he took us around for a few hours and then we were on our own the rest of that day.

But otherwise Nepal was the most amazing experience ever and this tour company helped make it that way.
