Style of Trek:

Teahouse trek: We offer basic accommodation & reasonable standard of food at country lodges all along the trails. Our guide & porters lead the trek & carry the luggage & equipment.

Full board camping trek: This trek is assisted by our Sherpa crew which includes a guide, a cook, porters or yaks. They take care of all the technical & logistical aspects of the trip. It is our crew's responsibility to perform all the camp work, prepare the food.
Trek Grades

Easy trek: Involves up to five to six hours a day at a slow but steady pace. This trek does not exceed altitudes above 3500m. Anyone who is in good physical shape can easily cope with this trek.

Moderate trek: Rolling uplands, five to six hours a day walking, with some uphill climbs reaching altitudes of approximately 4500m. Some precious hill walking experience is desirable.

Strenuous trek: Involves up to 8 hours walking a day, generally longer & more strenuous with long ascents & descents. Mountain walking experience and a reasonably high standard of fitness and stamina are essential.
